The HVAC Building Technician provides guidance and training to other Building Technicians. Operates, monitors and maintains utilities, including HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) setup, maintenance and balancing, WFI (water for injection), purified water and process equipment. Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs facilities mechanical components and electrical equipment and systems in accordance with SOPs (standard operating procedures), internal requirements, manufacturer's specifications and safety policies. Develops, maintains and secures a spare parts inventory of basic maintenance hand and power tools. Recommends purchase of maintenance tools, equipment and supplies as required to streamline processes and increase efficiency. Assists engineers in developing methods and procedures to control or improve facilities processes.

Maintain and repair all types of HVAC systems and associated components. Replace filters when necessary. Maintain facility operations through the monitoring and repair of various mechanical, electrical, plumbing, equipment, and controls.

Currently seeking Entry Level Apprentice Electricians to join our team at George Bush Intercontinental Airport. The main responsibility will be to monitor and maintain the baggage handling system. This is a full-time, permanent position with the possibility of overtime. This will be a day shift working Sunday-Wednesday from 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. or Wednesday - Sunday from 6:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facility plumbing systems and associated components. Perform preventative/predictive maintenance on required systems. Inspect, monitor, repair, maintain, and operate building mechanical and plumbing systems.
